She’s the boss is one of the most frequent comments left here. I.e., she’s the boss and it is OK for her to tell me to do anything regardless of consequences, ramifications and how you feel about being told to do whatever.
In that case she’s more than a boss and has more authority that most real life kings and queens have in history.
When men present their wife or girlfriend as Dictator-in-Chief I suspect them of just being wankers. They are off in some hot hormonal fantasy and not a real female led marriage, relationship or love affair.
Couldn’t she just be the senior partner?

There is much truth in what has been said in this thread. There has to be a relationship that is based upon love and respect for this kind of marriage to work. I think the operative word would be “consensual”.
My wife and I live in a FLM, which we have both agreed upon. I do have the right to voice my feelings if she demands something from me that I feel uncomfortable with. When this happens we discuss it openly and honestly and then she will review her thoughts.
Because our relationship is consensual, it cannot be described as being a master/slave relationship even if we sometimes stray into those areas on individual issues. Ultimately I can pack my bags and leave if I am not happy, which, if I were a true slave, I could not do. Oh yes, and we do cuddle on the sofa and watch TV together but so does our dog and it definitely is in a slave relationship with us.
I often wonder about the whole Female led/femdom relationship thing. Even in the old fashioned style male led relationship the woman had a lot of say about what was going on. It seems Femdom enthusiasts both men and women like the male to be more a slave than an actual partner of any standing at all. If love really does exist in the relationship than surely the man although below the woman still has a voice and although the woman can “veto” him he has freedom to express himself and his limits etc.
I have only ever role played as far as Femdom goes sometimes for weeks at a time, it is fun but I think after a while both parties get tired and just want to curl up on the couch together and watch TV!
Your right nathanyl, the best type of Femdom/Femsup is when love and commitment is involved, because they have more at stake and can go deeper with emotions over longer periods of time. The different kink aspects are like different ways to cook food, but its important to like the ingrediants in the first place.
