This may be true but also may be insignificant. Some observations:
1) Complete & total denial does not seem all that common, from what I’ve seen. (Some sites specifically warn against extending denial too far.)
2) Reaction to complete denial probably varies by person. (I imagine most catholic priests at least attempt this, and certainly it is unsuccessful at eliminating their sex drive in many cases).
3) Most significantly, the issue would seem to be self-correcting, since the desire for submission is primarily driven by sexual urges to begin with. Anyone who took chastity too far and killed his sex drive as a result would also lose the submissive feelings in the process, and with it the desire for enforced chastity.
It is all about power. Forcing men to be chaste or even not to have an orgasm is one of the ultimate forms of female domination. The urge in most men is so strong that forced denial puts the woman on a pedelstal of belligerent control. Of course everything has limits.
