True but
I would say f the lack of diminant women is due to male practice, change the practice.
I have seen one too many men that claim to be submissive, whilst telling the woman what and how she should do things. And then say when a woman wants to do things her way (be the dominant) that she is not dominating.
Ding-dong. She is dominating you, you are not being submissive. These men are often looking for a fantasy first, the woman and the relationship that go with it seems totally secondary.
Thankfully not all men (submissive or not) are like this.

There are more dominant women than you think out there, Just don't look for streotypes and you may find a hidden gem and that goes both ways, for submissive men and dominant women.

True, and we weep. Why are so many ladies not taking their rightful power? i guess socialization into a patriarchal world, in which mere equality seems like the prize, is the culprit. but more women might have inside dominant tendencies--they just need to be nurtured. My own wife (for 17 years boring as they come) has lately (past 3 years) evolved into a dominant mistress.
There is hope!
