Some F/m blogs make me giggle. Here’s an example from one wanker who has been writing about it for years but never meets a woman:

Sounds plausible to some guys I guess. Sounds like a pest to many women I’m sure.

You can easily be submissive publicly without annoying women. Try saying “ma’am” most of the time when you are talking to them, in a polite way. If you are in a restaurant, say, “May I have a cup of coffee, ma’am?” When she brings it, say “thank you, ma’am”. They won’t find it annoying, but they will find it odd sometimes. I tried it s few times, and did get a couple of funny looks, since it’s so unusual for people to be that polite to a waitress, who is the one who usually says “sir” or “ma’am”.
Be careful of you label a ‘wanker’ – that comment was written by a dominant woman and was in response to a question I asked her about what suggestions she has for submissive men to make themselves more attractive to dominant women. She generously wrote quite a bit. As for ‘never meeting a woman’ – I’d rethink that too. I meet plenty of women; just looking for the right one for me.

I suppose it depends on the source. If it’s written by someone who has had success with it..I may consider it.
That doesn’t sound like developing social prowess to me. More like practicing at being annoying.
I think you should include a link when you quote someone. It’s polite.
I think most people would find that behavior creepy, but I guess it could MAYBE act as a dog whistle to certain doms. It would help if the guy was really hot.
Offer to push her cart? That sounds kind of creepy to me. And offering to pick out oranges for her is almost like saying, “You’re totally incompetent at grocery shopping, so let me do it for you.”
Besides, most dominant people I know want to be approached as people first, dominant second. Throwing your submission at someone (especially without making a personal connection first) usually isn’t a good idea.
